AP Financial Services Group Limited (ABN 53 098 286 241) (Responsible Entity ), under its ASIC issued Australian Financial Services Licence (No. 280595), manages and operates the AP Master Fund (ARSN 602 593 439), a registered wholesale master fund capable of issuing multiple classes of units.
The AP Master Fund provides significant flexibility in that it enables us to segregate investments so that a group of pooled investors will have a discrete interest in identified assets, for the time being mainly property assets.
