AP Financial Services Group Limited (ABN 53 098 286 241) (Trustee), under its ASIC issued Australian Financial Services Licence (No. 280595), manages and operates the AP Property Fund (ARSN 602 583 831), a registered wholesale master fund capable of issuing multiple classes of units.
The AP Property Fund provides significant flexibility in that it enables us to segregate investments so that a group of pooled investors will have a discrete interest in identified assets, for the time being mainly property assets.
