Victor is the Head of Business Operations for AP Family Office. With nearly 20 years of experience across multiple business functions including sales, marketing, business development and general management, Victor has demonstrated exceptional managerial, communication, and leadership skills at AP Family Office and our subsidiaries. He has built a strong and talented administration and operations team at AP Family Office and is instrumental in the growth and transformation of our business particularly during the COVID-19 pivot.

Prior to joining AP Family Office, Victor has held various senior positions in Australia and Hong Kong across a number of industries including technology, management consulting, marketing and real estate. He has worked with large listed multinational companies including HSBC, Citibank, Hitachi, Regus, Sun Hung Kai Development and various government entities.

Victor is a dedicated volunteer in support of disadvantaged children and believes in giving children an equal opportunity to grow, to develop potentials and to live a life of fullness.

Victor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in the field of Marketing with the City University of Hong Kong. He has held certifications in Financial and Mortgage Broking and Property Services with NSW Fair Trading.
